At TME we design and build bespoke equipment for the offshore, bulk, asphalt and concrete industry. We specialise in practical and reliable equipment used for preparing and installing offshore windfarms, heavy-duty equipment for handling bulk materials, and turn-key concrete and asphalt plants.

To ensure continuous improvement and optimization within TME, our quality management team is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our services, product quality and business processes.

We have an in-house developed software system that manages our business processes and facilitates our ongoing pursuit of improvement and optimization. This type of software is also known as enterprise resource planning software (ERP).

To make sure that the software is kept up-to-date with our business advancements it must be continuously upgraded and enhanced. We offer students the opportunity to develop add-on applications that help manage and automate many back office operations so that we can offer the best service and product quality.

We also have great job opportunities available for candidates with a software engineering background. A trainee ship or graduation is a great look-see into our organization to discover whether it is the perfect work environment for you.
